He works closely with clients from the earliest stages of planning through final completion, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and a smooth process at every step.
Known for his steady presence and attention to detail, Wright takes time to understand each client’s goals, constraints, and risk tolerance, then helps guide the team toward outcomes that protect schedule, budget, and operations.
Outside of work, Wright is highly engaged in the community and supports several local organizations. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, live music, traveling, and cheering on Auburn football.

Kevin Masten
Kevin leads Incline’s preconstruction and operational efforts, helping guide our commercial and industrial projects from early planning through successful delivery across North Carolina.
As a Professional Engineer, he brings a strong technical foundation and practical job site perspective to every project, working closely with owners, design teams, and trade partners to ensure thoughtful planning, clear communication, and efficient execution in live, operating environments.
Outside of the office, Kevin is actively involved in the community and enjoys supporting local organizations and youth programs. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his three children play youth sports, spending time in the North Carolina mountains, playing golf, and cheering on NC State.
