Renovate an existing 4,867 square foot building and add an additional 3,393 square foot structure to create a modern veterinary hospital.
The build
The existing space is a pre-engineered metal building which will be taken down to the structure and in-filled with wood framing. The new addition will also be wood-framed and the entire structure will be wrapped in metal siding and a standing seam roof. The new build includes new a stormwater management device, paving and landscaping.
