West Oaks Dentistry set out to create a state‑of‑the‑art dental facility in Winston‑Salem that could support advanced family, cosmetic, and implant care in one highly efficient space. Working from Fuller Architecture’s design, the owner needed a commercial GC who could deliver a modern medical environment that felt elevated for patients and staff—while meeting strict commercial codes, ADA guidelines, and the technical demands of a 12‑operatory practice, digital/wet lab, sterilization hub, imaging zones, and a dedicated consultation suite at 1404 Old Mill Cir.
The build
Incline was selected as the commercial general contractor to deliver the new West Oaks Dentistry facility on a roughly 10‑month schedule starting September 1, 2026. Our scope includes full site and ground‑up construction, coordination of complex medical infrastructure, and close collaboration with Fuller Architecture and trade partners to integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and imaging requirements into a clean, modern interior. The result will be a highly functional, code‑compliant dental practice where patients experience a calm, contemporary setting and staff work in a layout built for efficient, high‑quality care.
