Transform an aging 12,000 sq ft office space into a modern, open-plan workplace with upgraded mechanical systems, energy-efficient lighting, and ADA-compliant accessibility throughout.
The build
The client needed a complete interior renovation of their Durham office building, originally constructed in 1998. The scope included demolition of existing partition walls, new open-plan framing, full HVAC replacement with high-efficiency units, LED lighting throughout, polished concrete floors, and ADA-compliant restroom upgrades. Work was phased to allow partial occupancy during construction.
